Pursuant to art. 129 of the Consumer Code, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer items that comply with the sales contract, also in compliance with articles 130 and 131 of the Consumer Code, insofar as they are compatible. The principle of conformity therefore requires that the delivered item corresponds to the item agreed in the contract and respects the subjective and objective requirements indicated respectively in paragraphs 2 and 3 of art. 129 of the Consumer Code.
